Internal Sales Executive
Interaction Recruitment are representing a world class manufacturer of high integrity bolting who predominately supply the petrochemical/oil and gas and sub sea sectors in their search for an End User Sales Executive/Team Leader, this position would suit someone who is looking for a path into management or looking to step up into management in their new role.

We are seeking a proactive, target driven individual to develop business within the existing customer base whilst also seeking new opportunities.
To promote, sell and secure orders to both new and existing customers.
To establish and develop relationships with both new and existing customers
You will also process sales enquiries / orders and see all of your administration through to completion, ensuring excellent levels of customer service.
To talk passionately and knowledgeable about the product and offer the customer a solution
To cost up orders and ensure that parts of available in order to fulfil the companies requirement
To research new business opportunities and follow them up
Experience of selling fasteners and fixings into the End User Petrochemical market
A positive and professional attitude and approach to work
An excellent telephone manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
You will have a strong desire and will to be successful, the ability to work to targets and a bright personality combined with a strong can do attitude.
You must be organised and methodical in your approach with the tenacity and resilience to be successful in this busy, target driven role.
A fast track career path
£20 - 35k basic salary with uncapped commission
