Do you want to work for one of the foremost manufacturers and suppliers of an extensive range of construction materials specifically pre-cast concrete solutions?
Due to rapid expansion we are looking for an ambitious Assistant Contracts Manager to support the Contracts Manager in this busy department dealing with a variety of business projects.

The role:
• Ensure all areas of H&S and risk assessment are up to date and complied with along with good working practices for each project.
• Establish strong working relationships with a wide range of people from clients, contractors and business owners to ensure the smooth running of site contracts resolving issues and negotiating terms.
• Prepare purchase orders, delivery schedules, works plans and allocation of labour for each contract.

The Candidate:
• Ideally you will have a degree (HND level or above) in civil or structural engineering.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
• Excellent communicator at all levels across clients, contractors and employees.
• Previous experience in pre-cast concrete is desirable but not essential.
• Strong numerical and problem solving skills.
• Holding a CPS, SSSTS or AP cards would be a distinct advantage
