TSA are currently working in partnership with an asset management consultancy who are looking to recruit someone to carry out several compliance surveys across the West Midlands area
In total, we are looking for 1 or 2 candidates to carry out compliance check surveys across a leisure estate of 25 locations made up of a variety of functions. The successful individual will be responsible for checking current up to date compliance and obligations, this includes but isn't limited to:
- Commercial Energy Performance Certificates
- Water Risk Assessment Survey
- Fire Risk Assessment
- Liability and insurance certs
- Display Energy Certificates
- Emergency Lighting
- Pressure Vessels service and maintenance
- Electrical Testing
We will ideally be looking for candidates who are qualified within the building services/building surveying sector, ideally you will be self-sufficient and comfortable managing your own workload.
You will have a good appreciation and understanding of the compliance regulations of a facilities/estate department.
All data will be recorded on a PDA device as such this contract will require 5 days on site with around 40 hours committed per week.
