HR Administrator

We are recruiting for a HR Administrator in the Warwickshire area.

As a HR Administrator you will need to have:

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel
* Experience gained in a HR department or knowledge of HR gained via education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be able to prioritise and work under pressure

Details:

* Salary: GBP20, 000 - GBP23, 000
* Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
* Location: Warwickshire
* Duration: 12 month contract

Role of a HR Administrator:

* Set up HR processes and procedures
* Provide administration support to the HR Manager and Recruitment Co-ordinator
* Ad-hoc work on HR projects
* Take responsibility for the organisation of training and development programmes
* Manage Investors in People project
* Support recruitment with the booking of interviews
