Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join a well established company based in the Warwickshire area.

The purpose of the role is to assist the Project Management Team with day to day project office functions and program management. The role is office based but will also involve site visits and customer facing aspects.
The project administrator will be responsible for:
*Achieving correct material call off from customer drawings and assisting the team with planning of projects and programs
*Managing and maintaining the customer sign off process
*Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive and clear electronic filing system
*Proactively identifying and processing opportunities to create installation efficiencies and reduce risks.
*Ensuring that all orders are tracked and passed for invoice in a timely way. Maintaining a robust process for project timeline.
*Compliance to company policies and group management systems.
*Co-ordinating transport requirements
*General shop fitting and project administration tasks

The successful applicant will be able to or prepared to learn use of a 2D drawing suite to read, alter or create basic dimensional floor plans for installation teams along with Bill of Materials for projects, as well as experience within a shop fitting project planner role with a proven track record of delivering accurate material breakdown information. Experience with using MRP system is desirable.
