Responsibilities of role

    Managing the Catering offering with a catering team of 5Serving customers in a busy restaurant in an educational establishmentBe responsible for achieving monthly KPI’S and budgeted GPResponsibilities include customer service, cooking and preparation duties, managing stock levels and using touchscreen tillsManaging a team on site to ensure an efficient and professional service is given at all timesEnsuring exceptional presentation and service of food items and beverages at all timesTo promote first-rate customer relations in a professional manner taking personal responsibility for delivering excellenceEnsuring all health and safety processes are in place, and the well-being and safety of all team members is seen as a priorityProvide and maintain an efficient service under all areas of your control, following company values, policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will

    Have worked as a Chef Manager within higher education or a business and industry siteHave passion and enthusiasm for fresh food and great serviceBe driven by excellence and attention to detail with a flair for presentationBe naturally outgoing and energetic with an ability to communicate effectively at all levelsDemonstrate confidence with a ‘Can do’ attitudeDemonstrate high standards of appearance and dress at all times
