The team are actively recruiting for a Senior Resourcing Partner to join a well established and Talented Resourcing Team.Role PurposeTo take ownership for the delivery of all Resourcing activity across the Society ensuring KPIs are met, business satisfaction targets are achieved and team performance is at optimal levelThe Senior Resourcing Partner is responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, drives customer satisfaction, a great candidate experience and Resourcing best practiceThe role is responsible for all aspects of their team's development and will work to maintain a sound level of specialist/technical expertise (e.g. sourcing strategies, recruitment models, best practice recruitment).Main Responsibilities To provide a Resourcing proposition, service and infrastructure to business units/departmentsTo source or scope, design, propose, deliver, evaluate and maintain high priority and impactful resourcing solutions to meet the specific needs of our internal clients - and to evidence the impact of the sameTo be the custodian of companies Employer Brand and associated collateral (eg. Careers website, social media channels, recruitment advertising)To develop and maintain a value add suite of assessment and selection tools across all levels of the business driving the hiring of key talent into the SocietyTo build and maintain a fit for purpose SLA within HR and to the business, ensuring KPIs are performance managed and communicated monthlyTo support effective performance management implementation and capability in order to drive forward business effectivenessTo provide resourcing expertise as required and to support successful deployment of initiatives by understanding projects, the implications for the impacted business units and successfully contributing associated resourcing interventionsTo maintain regulatory and governance and standards in relation to resourcing, working closely with HR Shared ServicesTo line manage and develop 3 Resourcing Adviser colleagues, providing regular coaching and support to enable delivery of annual business plan requirementsContext of the role3 direct reports at P2/3 and a total team of 5 (2 Administrators)Approximate resourcing budget of £1.3mCovers all Head Office and Field Sales recruitment, and currently provides an advisory service to Practice Plan and SyscapCirca 400 hires per annumRequired skillsExtensive resourcing/recruitment knowledge across a breadth of disciplinesClear people management experienceDemonstrable continuous improvement experience via a methodology such as Lean, Performance Excellence , Root Cause Analysis etc.Clear Customer focusFinancial and budgetary process managementExtensive external network within the resourcing professionExcellent supplier managementExpertise of exploiting a Recruitment system to its full potential, building talent pools and enabling online selectionPsychometric licence holder (preferred)Innovative sourcing knowledge, including social media, referral maximisation
