Bank Reconciliation Clerk
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Ledger/Bank Reconciliation Clerk to join an exceptional organisation based near Shenstone
This is a Temporary opportunity until the end of the year, assisting with bank reconciliation, statement reconciliation, cash allocation, analysing data and various other ad hoc accounts duties.
You will have a keen eye for detail, strong bank reconciliation experience, previously dealt with journal entries and you will possess advanced Excel skills.
My client is offering an open and friendly working environment with onsite parking and they are easily accessible by public transport. Working hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 with 60 minutes for lunch.
The role will be working within a busy finance team and will involve the following duties:
- Posting and allocating sales ledger receipts
- Dealing with sales ledger queries
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Liaising with internal staff to resolve any queries
- Assisting the management with any requirements
The rate of pay is upto £8.50-£9.00 an hour, depending on experience and is decided by the client
The ideal candidate will be a strong, flexible, team player who is motivated with good attention to detail. Ideally you will have sales ledger / finance experience along with good IT skills including Excel but Bank Reconciliation experience is essential
