Our already proven solution provides our business Partners with Marketing, Systems, Purchasing, Stock Administration, Credit Control, Customer Services and other ancillary services needed to run a business.
As we have continued to grow, we have identified a need for a Training Coordinator to help us further our desire to assist both our own staff and our Partners and their staff.

Responsibilities & duties of the role:Working with the relevant Managers to:

  • develop and produce training manuals videos and other relevant formatted media to enable nectere staff to carry out the functions required of their role(s).
Working with Business Development and Training Managers to:

  • raise awareness of media available to our Partners
  • discover areas where additional and/or new training needs to be made available
  • deliver training as and when required.
Supporting the Central Services Department including but not exclusively in:
  • acting as a point of call for escalation of issues where standard route for query resolution has not been sufficient
  • proactively contacting Partners on a regular basis to seek improvements in what we do and to register successes (Partner Health Check)
  • to use above two processes to trend spot and identify issues.
  • providing a mechanism for feedback and communication of resolutions between:
  • Management Team
  • Partners in general
Working on Necterepoint (nectere’s own intranet), to manage and oversee our Knowledgebase write ups and updates.


Academic & trades qualifications:Essential qualifications:

  • IT programmes to include Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • 5 GCSEs at level C and above and to include English and Maths.
Desirable qualifications:

  • Business Administration Level 2 or above.
Work experience & skills:Essential experience:

  • Office Administration at a senior level.
Desirable experience:

  • acting as a tutor, assessor or developer of office based training courses
Personal qualities & behavioural traits:Essential qualities or behaviours:

  • strong communication and presentation skills
  • good command of English language
  • imagination and understanding in different methods of presenting learning facilities
  • understanding and sympathetic communication with stakeholders to discover.
Desirable qualities or behaviours:

  • attention to detail
  • working knowledge of varying IT programmes.
