Overview:

The primary objective of the Education Administrator is to provide full administrative support to the Education department. Other tasks that fall within this role include the handling of all educational group enquiries and bookings

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

    Providing general administrative support for the Education department.Amend and update all internal documents as and when requested by the management team.Managing all first instance enquiries received into the department, liaising with the management team for task allocation and ensuring tasks are uploaded onto the appropriate employee’s Wunderlist. Ensuring all bookings and/or enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and informative manner, providing the group leader with a smooth booking process from start to finish. Managing all elements of the educational booking process in a timely manner, including payments, updating internal systems and liaising with the management team to ensure the communication of all booking information and educational extras. Building and maintaining relationships with schools to develop long term loyal customers, ensuring contact details and database information are up to date. Keeping departmental employees who are required to cover administration duties up to date with current enquires and bookings, enabling the same excellent level of customer service.Updating time & attendance system as per the instruction of the management team. Supporting the department with recruitment by ensuring the appropriate systems and documentation is managed in the required timeframes. Collating feedback from educational groups on their experience of the services provided, ensuring feedback is passed to the management team within a suitable timescale.
Education / Qualifications:

    GCSE or equivalent C grade or higher in English and MathematicsAdministration and telephone customer service experience is essentialWildlife and conservation knowledge/qualification is advantageous
