Temporary Accounts Assistant
JOB TITLE: Accounts Assistant - 3 Months Contract
I have an exciting opportunity to join a large services business based in Dudley on a 3 month temporary basis, the client is a fast growing company and there is every possibility of this assignment being extended or going permanent.
Duties will include but are not restricted to:
- Purchase Ledger, Coding manual purchase invoices
- Expenses analysis
- Sales Ledger
- Bank Reconciliations
- Assisting with month end
- Prepayments and Accruals
- General Ledger reconciliations
- Assisting with commission calculations and processes
- Team player with a flexible and committed approach to work
- Good attention to detail
- Positive and assertive attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally The company's standard hours of work are 9.00am - 5.30pm with one hour for lunch.
- However due to the nature of the role there may be some flexibility required during month/quarter ends.
