An excellent opportunity to join a growing capital equipment manufacturer. As a commissioning engineer, you will be an excellent problem solver. You will be fault finding on electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to get new equipment up and running.
Approximately 25% of your time will be spent at client sites, working on the installation and commissioning of multiple pieces of equipment. You will also be tasked with training customers on the new equipment, and making sure they can use and maintain the equipment.
Commissioning is an excellent line of work for engineers that love problem solving, and you will need to demonstrate a good working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems working together. Whilst commissioning experience is helpful, and background in maintenance engineering or installations would suit.
