Wolverhampton City Council is recruiting Managers for their Children in Need and Child Protection Teams.
To be successful, you will need to be a qualified HCPC-registered Social Worker, experienced in complex social work with children and families, with strong communication skills, demonstrable experience of delivering a high quality service with positive outcomes, and the potential to be an effective and inspiring leader.
You will have experience of working with Children in Need and their families as well as with families where children are subject to Child Protection plans. You will have the ability to ensure that statutory timescales are met and that all services to children and their families are underpinned by good quality assessment and care planning.
