A UK leading construction company with offices nationwide, are looking to expand as they have been contracted to complete major projects. They primarily maintain infrastructures and technology for organisations.
Your new role
You will play an integral part of the team, where your staff are responsible for customer interaction and recording details onto a bespoke system. You will managing the performance and development of all Coordinators, motivating them as appropriate. Monitoring all inbound and outbound calls, dealing with complaints in a timely and professional manner as well quality auditing your Coordinators work.
What you'll need to succeed
You must demonstrate experience of customer service and performance delivery. Previous experience of managing a team efficiently is essential including coaching and mentoring. Experience of working in a contact centre or service delivery is desirable. You must be very confident, customer focused and very adaptable.
What you'll get in return
You will get a basic salary of £23,00 per annum - shift allowance and unsociable hours allowance is paid additionally. You must be able to work shift patterns. The shift hours tend to be 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00 working out to 40 hours per week.
