Huntswood are looking for experienced utilities subject matter experts to join an exciting project in Birmingham.

Starting in immediately, on a short initial contract, the role will be centred around improving the performance of a customer-facing complaint handling team.

Role overview:

Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be assisting the existing complaint handling team with all forms of their customer interaction.

Required skills and experience include:

- Utilities experience, including complaints to Ombudsman level
- Floor-walking
- Reviewing correspondence
- Case clinics
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
- Strong numeracy and written communication skills
