I&A Services, part of the CareTech group, are currently recruiting for Permanent and Bank Support Workers for their Childrens Service set in a peaceful rural location on the outskirts of Newtown.

The service provides a safe, nurturing environment where support can be given to young people who, due to specific challenging life episodes, are experiencing crisis in their lives. The service provides the opportunity for young people to have their needs assessed so future support services can implement effective planning to meet their needs. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, warm and nurturing environment with a high standard of care and accommodation for children, ensuring of an excellent delivery of care.

We are seeking caring, committed and compassionate Support Workers to join our aspirational team. Whilst experience definitely isn't essential, we don't just want anyone! We are looking for courageous and committed individuals who can communicate these attributes within a challenging yet rewarding environment. We have over 250 Services as far North as Inverness and as far South as Kent, and all areas in between. We are looking for enthusiastic, person-centred individuals who share the same passion for care as we do!
Applicants must have, or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) Diploma or recognised equivalent. Due the location of the service and the shift patterns drivers would be preferred. Shift patterns are three days on, six days off.
