Location: Shenstone
Salary: Negotiable (Depending on skills and experience)
Contract type: Permanent Full time (40 hours per week)

THE ROLE:
The role is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading employer in an entry-level role and work your way up through the business over time as you gain experience. The role would suit someone who has at least 1 - 2 years Adobe Captivate 9 experience and media skills using Adobe Premier Pro and After effects.
The eLearning Developer is accountable for producing eLearning courses and online videos for training. The eLearning Developer role is key to our strategy which is to enable clients to adopt the new systems and processes by using innovative learning to embed knowledge and skills.

The eLearning Developer will:

Develop professional, accessible eLearning for systems and processes
Work methodically with internal clients to develop eLearning scripts
Have a natural flair for branding and visual design and produce graphic content through utilising the Adobe Suite products
Film, create and edit video content using Adobe Premier Pro and After effects.
Be curious about market trends and keen to learn new tools and techniques
Talking with users to find out about their training needs
Making sure security measures are in place to control access
Develop innovative SCORM compliant e-learning courses using Captivate9
Upload eLearning onto a VLA and refresh the content regularly
Ensure that the eLearning is developed in line with agreed timescales

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of eLearning best practice and ideally a possessing a relevant qualification
Effective communication skills
Skilled in eLearning Authoring tools e.g. Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premier Pro and After effects, Photoshop and similar
Skilled in multimedia production e.g. video, sound, image editing

Experience Required

Minimum of 1 -2 years' experience in developing eLearning
Understanding of a VLE, such as Moodle
Develop eLearning packages and knowledge of eLearning authoring tools e.g. Captivate 9
Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
Creative flair
Experience of deploying multi-platform eLearning e.g. on Smartphones and Tablets
Managing a library of eLearning
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator

Working hours, patterns and environment
You'll usually work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday in our Shenstone office.
You'll usually be office-based, working at a computer. You may travel within UK to attend filming venues and events
