Head Chef / Kitchen Manager vacancy:
The Nightingale, Vintage Inns, is looking for a Head Chef to support the delivery of our new menu, serving hearty seasonal pub-food in rural Worcestershire.
An early 20th century inn, this country pub oozes rural charm and rustic character, and the picturesque surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for savouring our light lunches, big, bold flavours, as well as Vintage classics, perfectly presented by our Head Chef and kitchen team.
With a big refurbishment planned for September 2017, The Nightingale needs a Head Chef who can help move the business from strength to strength in the coming months, through excellent food quality and controls.

Head Chef / Kitchen Manager role:
- Overseeing food ordering
- Food preparation
- Delivery of operations
- Managing a team
- Stock control
- Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
- Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You’ll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
