Meeting Room Assistant
A large Head Office is looking for a part time Meeting Room Assistant to work Wednesday – Friday 8.00am – 4.15pm. This role would suit someone who has fantastic hosting or events experience and a has a real passion and aptitude for offering excellent customer service.
The role will involve taking on the running of the client meeting rooms, organising refreshments both planned and ad hoc, setting up the rooms and clearing them at the end of the meeting. You will assist with stock monitoring and turnover and you will regularly check and liaise with reception for additional duties, room access, instruction and updates to ensure the smooth running of client services.
This role has great potential to become a real independent autonomous role managing the needs, turnover and maintenance management of all of the meeting rooms and gives the right person a real opportunity to shine and make a difference to the client experience of the firm.
- Experience of working in events or hospitality.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Superb communication and customer service skills
Salary £14,500 pro rata
Holiday: 22 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service
