Victim Support (VS) is an independent charity for people affected by crime in England and Wales. We work towards a world where people affected by crime or traumatic events get the support they need and respect they deserve.We are looking for 2 energetic and experienced Road Traffic Accident Caseworkers to join our team providing support for victims of Traffic Accidents working as part of the casework team across the West Midlands. The role will include conducting needs and risk assessment, support planning, emotional and practical support, advocacy, information/support about and throughout the criminal justice process and facilitating access to other services they are entitled to or would benefit from.
