An established provider of social housing in the West Midlands are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to make an immediate impact within the Building Better Opportunities projects.

Key Duties:

- Providing administrative support to the Project Officers in the setting up and maintenance of accurate participant files and in uploading accurate and timely information to a MIS database to ensure compliance with both project standard operating procedures.
- Providing administrative support to the Employment and Training Team in delivering an efficient and effective administration service to ensure it meets its contractual obligations under the projects

Ideally You Will Have:

- Previous experience of working in the Housing sector.
- An understanding of the Employment and Training function.
- Previous administrative experience of working on ESF funded projects
- A DBS is a high advantage

The successful Project Administrator will be immediately available and understand the need to communicate clearly with customers and the Department to hit the ground running in their new role
