Who we are looking for

We are looking for a CRM Manager to set and monitor marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with clients both in the UK and abroad!

In this role, you will work very closely with the Marketing Director and sales and marketing teams to boost our company's market presence and increase customer engagement. To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics. You will have a passion for profiling and developing customer relationships, and be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address these.

Ultimately, we want you to become thought leaders in our space and be extremely customer centric in everything that we do.

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the marketing director, typical duties will include but are not limited to;

Monitor and improve relationships with existing customers through existing CRM systems and database platforms

  • Ensure the CRM system provides an effective lead generation and sales funnel and become the home for all customer data
  • Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
  • Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
  • Suggest new methods to address customers' needs
  • Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
  • Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
  • Manage the marketing administration team, ensuring accuracy of input and extraction of insight driven data for future use
  • Conduct market research to follow trends and competition

The Package

Up to £40,000 basic + £20% bonus paid quarterly for achievement of key business performance metrics

We are looking for an experienced and successful individual, with a proven track record in a commercial environment, who will be comfortable achieving these targets and fulfil their earning potential. This is a career position that is only limited by your ability to achieve.
