HR Systems and MI Analyst
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a well known organisation in the Birmingham area who have set plans to implement new software and systems as part of a wider growth transformation.As part of the recruitment campaign, A HR Systems and MI Analyst is required to sit within the HR function to assist with the Delivery of HR systems and MI Strategy. The salary on offer is up to £24,000.00 plus a fantastic benefits package. Role Responsibilities Support and manage the continuous improvement of the HR & Payroll Systems (iTrent), inclusive of leading on the projects ( selecting, testing and implementing software) Evaluate existing systems/other products as necessary and make recommendations Carry out system administration activities - e.g. system maintenance, system testing, system/data checks fault-finding and resolution, managing user access Analyse, configure and implement solutions to address the needs of the client Key Skills iTrent and business object experience (minimum 1 year) Data manipulation experience (using excel) Experience of analysing, configuration and implementing HR & Payroll System This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well know organisation who are going from strength to strength.
