Insurance Administrators x 3

Groomfield Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for 3 x Insurance Administrators to take on a new role at one of our prestigious clients based in Wolverhampton.

Responsibilities of an Insurance Administrator:

  • Liaising with other companies in order to review client renewal criteria

  • Accurately determine premiums

  • Produce a renewal invitation pack to existing clients offering renewal of commercial insurance including, policy details

  • Ensuing competitive rate are offered

  • Support Renewals Performance Manager in exceeding departmental budgeted productivity targets

  • Any other duties as required

Requirements of an Insurance Administrator:

  • At least 2 years previous industry specific experience preferable, strong administration background is essential

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and both software houses, OGI and SSP

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail skills

  • Strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills within all levels of the organisation

  • Excellent written and verbal skills Salary - £21,000 Hours - shift patterns between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
