A leading and unique IT provider within the Gas distribution sector is looking to enhance its HR team with a newly created role of Senior HR Business Partner.

Reporting to the HR Director, the Senior HRBP is a key driver and leader in ensuring delivery of an effective operational HR service supporting the business to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
This role will be responsible for development and implementation of HR strategic and operational solutions and Reward strategy aligned to the overall business strategy.

Through effective leadership of the HR Operations team, this role will be accountable for ensuring stakeholders receive the support and guidance required across all aspects of the employee life cycle with the aim to build the overall people capability and successful consistent management of processes in the organisation.

The Senior HRBP will drive HR's agenda in the business and support the organisation's ambition to be high performing and will include embedding initiatives that foster a high performance culture, where learning is valued and we strive for continuous improvement.
This role will manage, lead and develop a number of established HR team members. Ensuring a high quality, effective and efficient service, ensuring the delivery of HR strategy in line with overall business strategy.
Development and implementation of reward strategy aligned to overall business strategy.
Management of relevant 3rd party relationships including payroll, flexible benefits, pensions and insurance providers.
Work closely with the HR Director to support the development and implementation of holistic people strategy.
To proactively seek ways to continually improve the HR function and its activities.

You will need:
Member of the CIPD
Experience of delivering on key organisational projects
Proven track record in change management and ER
Good technical knowledge of employment legislation
Proven track record of developing and managing a HR team
Exposure and experience of delivering a Reward strategy
Experience of working in a fast paced, changing environment
