Job Title: IT Support Centre Call Logger
Our client is seeking a candidate to join a busy and vibrant IT service department as a call logger.
This role will involve taking initial calls coming into the department from customers and internal staff and logging queries or issues on the system which are then allocated to the IT Support team.
Both customer queries around the use of software and internal queries regarding IT support will be of a technical nature therefore candidates will be required to have a general interest in IT or the ability to take on technical knowledge.
- Strong customer service skills

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £16, 262 pa
