Job Title- Telephone Contact Officer

Salary- £7.50ph plus a fantastic Commission structure

Location- Shirley, Solihull

Morning- 09:00-14:00 Monday to Friday
Afternoon - 14:00-19:00 Monday to Thursday, 10:00-15:00 Friday

My client are a leading contact centre based in Shirley, they are looking for agents to join their team either on a temporary or temp to permanent basis with flexible working hours and a fantastic commission structure. They are offering part time hours however if you want full time they are able to accommodate.

Job Summary:

*To provide a high level of service, build rapport with our customer's and clients.
*To show them empathy, whilst managing their expectations, so that the customer always feels they have had a positive experience. A professional manner should be demonstrated at all times.
*Able to work alone or within a team, on the telephone for continuous periods of time whilst using a computer to access or capture customer information.
*This role could involve customer service/marketing/sales calls Outbound on behalf of our clients.

Key Tasks:

*Achievement of personal target and contribute to Team targets - set by Clients. (Targets will alter according to the project)
*To deliver a high standard of outbound calls in a confident, professional & friendly manner.
*To communicate clearly, openly & display excellent listening skills at all times. We will provide coaching on an on-going basis.
*Understanding your customer's needs
*Advising customers about various funeral plans, ensuring the correct one is selected
*Controlling and linking customer calls
*To ensure a positive attitude & high level of commitment.
*Must be able to deal with objectives
*To ensure all customer details are captured & updated appropriately, to maximise opportunities.
Use of initiative to evaluate & question what they are doing, to come up with new ways to improve, to become more effective & assist in driving the company forward
