Basic Salary £25,000-£30,000 (depending on experience)
9.00- 5.30 working hours Monday - Friday

Over the last few years our Client has grown into a leading healthcare recruitment organisation. They are passionate about their delivery of "excellent service" and have ambitious plans to grow and develop their UK coverage.
This role is to join an existing branch to take it to the next level. You will be targeting new business to supply them with experienced healthcare workers into Establishments, Social Care, Charities, Learning Disability and Mental Health organisations. You will be an effective Man Manager who will utilise your portfolio of skills to develop the Consultants and deliver consistent high levels of service to Clients and Candidates. You will be competent at new business generation and be required to ensure all company and legal policies are strictly adhered to.
Have had a minimum 1 years’ experience as a Branch Manager from within the Recruitment Industry (other Recruitment Sectors will be considered)
Have effective management skills with a proven portfolio of improving Consultants skill sets
Have very accurate administration skills to ensure the Care Quality Commission Standards are fully implemented
Hold a full UK driving licence.
