Your new role
Reporting to the Technical Services Team Leader this role is responsible for ensuring all requests and incidents received are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.Adhering to Incident, problem, request for service and change management processes. Using the Service Management toolset to achieve Service Level targets.This is a key interface role between IT and the business and responsible for delivering support for hardware, software and business applications.Implementation of continual service improvement plans and project tasks to achieve desired business outcomes. You will be given excellent training in the role to help assist with day to day duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have basic experience in IT, e.g understanding the basics like password resets and a great customer service skills background. The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to start a career in IT from a customer service background. Also, someone who is looking to get their foot in the door of a large public sector organisation with great opportunities to learn and progress your career. will be confident on the telephone with a great attitude towards the job.
