My client is a leading Estate Agency and Lettings brand covering the Castle Bromwich area. Due to increased growth and expansion they are now looking for a well presented, target driven individual to represent the company brand on property appraisals and win new instructions and increase market share for residential sales.
Our client is looking for an experienced Estate Agency Residential Sales Valuer / Lister with superb communication and rapport building skills as well as the ability to close deals and win new business. To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Estate Agent with a minimum of 3 years Estate Agency experience.
Essential Skills required for being a successful Estate Agency Residential Sales Valuer / Lister:
• Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.
• Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with minimal supervision
• Accurate, numerate and computer literate
• A team player with excellent organisational skills
• You must have a full UK driving licence
