A PAT (Project Engineer) within the Driving Dynamics Performance team is required to join a leading automotive OEM based in Gaydon, Warwickshire. Day-to-day tasks will guided the Driving Dynamics attribute team on MLA programme. These will include target setting, programme planning, status reporting, and general programme management, requesting physical test data and subjective assessment, using JLR standard and procedures, analysing results, documenting and presenting the results and identification of possible mitigation actions for issues which fail targets.

The ability to self-manage workload to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently, robustly and on-time. Experience of vehicle dynamics theory or a strong motivation to learn and develop these skills. Knowledge of suspension system types and vehicle chassis componentry.
Proven successful delivery of engineering projects, as part of a team, which meet target in terms of timing, performance and quality.
Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering preferred but will accept other candidates providing they have the required skills and experience.
