Specialising in the medical device market, STOK UK delivers bespoke logistical fulfilment solutions (including customer services support, order processing and consignment management) to some of the world's major medical device manufacturers.

The position will hold a pivotal role in maintaining the warehouse operations, through taking ownership of their supply chain and warehouse activities, seeing all processes through to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing and shipping of customer orders
  • Stock counts
  • Movement of stock and stock rotation
  • Completing quality inspection and processing of returned items
  • Reconciling and replenishing implant kits
  • Cleaning and Maintenance of warehouse areas
  • Completion of transactions in our bespoke computer systems and customers' own systems - such as Vigo, Excel, Access and SAP
  • Ensure the accuracy of your own work, and work completed by colleagues
  • Ensuring the smooth flow and record of goods in and out of the business
  • Investigation of any quality issues within the warehouse
  • Look to continuously improve the services provided to each customer and sharing development ideas with the Management team
  • Ability to complete occasional urgent delivery of medical supplies, when required

Experience

  • Ability to demonstrate success in a previous warehouse/stores role
  • Ability to demonstrate some stock management experience

Job specific:

  • Working hours 08:30 am - 17:30 pm - Monday to Friday
  • Role may involve manual handling activities - this will include lifting heavy items up to 25Kgs.
  • Out of Hours support will be required on a rotational basis, following training, for an additional payment
  • Salary - GBP18,000 - GBP21,000 depending on experience
