Offering a superior service for Young People with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties, a warm welcome awaits you at one of our well known CareTech services. Due to expansion at a well established home at Oswestry, we are seeking a caring, compassionate and committed Team Leader to provide the support that allows our amazing Young People to lead ordinary lives. Whilst the role of a Team Leader offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role. You will have previous experience of being a Support Worker within a children's Residential setting, hold either an NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent), along with a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature.
We have over 250 Services as far North as Inverness and as far South as Kent, and all areas in between. Our Young People have varied likes and interests, whether this be music, cooking, art or sports; sometimes they need support and this is where you come in to help them live fulfilling and independent lives.
