Deputy Manager (Children & Young People)
We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager for a 2 bed children's home based in Stoke on Trent.
Our client supports children & Young People (ages 7-17) with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Following passing probation all deputy candidates are put on the level 5 qualification alongside other leadership and management opportunities. All deputy Managers who pass their qualification will be offered an opportunity to be a manager - so this is a potential 2 year guaranteed pathway to management which can attract a salary up to GBP33k plus bonuses and private medical insurance.
We are looking for candidates with NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People's Services, plus experience of working either as a senior support worker or deputy manager role within children's residential services.
