Our Malvern based client is looking to recruit Telesales Executive to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

*Working on developing new business within a defined geographical territory
*Lead generation/cold calling via phone and through email
*Prospecting for new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
*Up-selling to existing customers; offering other products from the existing range
*Customer research and intelligence gathering
*Customer management; building, maintaining and monitoring accounts, developing mutually beneficial relationships
*Providing catalogue and sample support for identified prospects
*Processing various sales/marketing reports, mail outs and promotional materials
*Intercompany relations; working effectively with all departments to ensure customer needs are met and performing all duties and tasks as assigned by management

There will be targets and commission structure in place .

Full product training will also be provided.
