The primary responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst are to provides application and software support to users of the Firms IT facilities while supporting the central IT function in maintaining a secure and stable IT function.
You will provide 1st resolution of telephony, application, support services and BAU for all IT issues. The role will require an excellent ability to interact with different people, solve problems and to create business understanding of how to use the technology effectively.
Day to day responsibilities include:
* Logging Helpdesk calls and dealing with 1st line issues
* Remote and desk-side application support
* Referring issues to 2nd/3rd line support and/or external service providers
* Roll out of PC builds and software, including supporting development releases and project activities.
* To administer, configure and troubleshoot issues
* Escalate requests to the correct team
Skills & Experience Required
1-2 Years operating in a similar role ideally within a legal IT Department or a professional services organisation
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010
Understanding/Exposure to leading Legal software applications
Experience providing remote assistance
Strong communication skills
