Following an internal promotion they have an opportunity for an experienced financial administrator who can provide one-to-one administrative and back office support for a busy independent financial adviser specialising in financial planning offered to private clients.

-

Primary duties;

Working one-to-one with a high performing IFA providing support on administration and client matters.

New business submissions

Prepare valuations

Client draw-down requests

Coordinate fund switch requests

Regular use of provider platforms and wrap services

Preparation of client correspondence

Ensure all work submitted meets compliance requirements

Prepare reports from pre-existing templates

General administrative duties

Candidate requirements;

Experience gained in a similar role supporting IFA's or Financial Planners

A clear understanding of financial planning and back office procedures

Knowledge of support associated with pensions and investments

Professional and approachable

Team player

Well organised
