An IT Service Desk Analyst is now required to joining a very well known and reputable organisation in Coventry.

The IT Service Desk Analyst will be joining a busy, thriving environment which has a fantastic recently appointed Service Desk Manager who is creating a Service Desk that works hard, provides and excellent customer service as well as an enjoyable place to work. You will be supporting both bespoke applications and standard Microsoft technologies and will be encourage to be inquisitive and pro active in resolving issues before escalating them..

The successful candidate will relish and thrive on working in busy and fast moving environment dealing with a range of calls and tickets which will help strengthen and develop your personal skillset. Excellent customer service and communications skills are essential for this opportunity.

Essential experience for the IT Service Desk Analyst

- Helpdesk / Service Desk experience gained with a commercial IT function.

- At least a base knowledge of Microsoft technologies - Active Directory

- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
