If so, our IT Service Centre are recruiting for a Helpdesk IT Support Analyst to join our team in Rubery, South Birmingham.

Main responsibilities

As a Helpdesk IT Support Analyst will play an integral role in delivering an excellent level of customer service to individuals across our organisation; through responding to IT incidents and requests taken from initial logging, recording accurate queries in the ticket management system. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to either commence or develop their career in IT, as you will be dealing with all queries that come into the IT Support Desk. You will receive training and development to broaden your knowledge across this area.

You will be based at our Parklands office, which is based on Birmingham Great Park, offering fantastic nearby facilities inclusive of a Gym, “Outstanding” rated childcare facilities and various restaurant and entertainment venues.

Ideal candidate

To fit in with us, and for us to be right for you; you will be immediately available or on one weeks’ notice and will have a keen interest in IT Systems and a desire to build a career in this area; with a minimum of GCSE grade C in Maths and English. In addition to this, you be a confident and credible communicator who strives to deliver outstanding customer service.

Our IT Service Centre supports over 60,000 employees and so this role will be well suited you if you have worked in a fast paced environment and have the ability to prioritise workloads and build successful professional relationships.
