Position: Senior IFA Administrator
Salary: £21,000 - £27,000 DOE
We are now recruiting for an established national IFA firm with an office in Wolverhampton who are now looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join their growing team. You will be working in a team of experienced individuals handling a mixed portfolio of high value clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to progress technically and further their career.
The successful candidate will have a background in Financial Services, ideally some FS qualifications and ambition to progress technically.
Typing various letters, correspondence and meeting notes
Using the software system to request quotations and valuations
Build professional relationships with colleagues, insurers and product providers
General office duties, e.g. filing, faxing, scanning
Updating and managing internal client database
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience working for either a firm of Financial Advisers or Sales Support Office
Good level of competence with Microsoft Office to include, Word 2007, Excel and Outlook together with good use of Internet for research purposes
Enthusiastic, positive and motivated, friendly, approachable with initiative
Financial Services qualifications are an advantage
