Purchasing administrator

Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of a multinational electrical company for an exciting and varied role working within their Coventry office on a 6 month temporary contract.

My client specialises in energy management and automation solutions, they are a global company that operates in over 100 countries worldwide with approximately 144,000 employees.

Due to movement within the organisation a position has become available for strong administrator to join the team, a brief outline of the duties for this role are;

  • Downloading and manipulating reports from SAP and analysing within Excel
  • Facilities reports for different contractors
  • Attending team meetings
  • PSL updates
  • Regularly updating web pages
  • Working closely with 4 buyers on various projects

Experience working within a similar role is not essential but candidates must have excellent Excel skills, my client is also interested in seeing people from an analysis background.

The role is on an initial 6 month temporary basis with the chance of being extended or taken on a permanent contract, working a standard 37.50 hours per week, shift patterns are flexible paying £10.25p/h
