Part Time Receptionist and Administrator
Macildowie are currently looking for a part time Office Assistant for a 12 month contract working for a large business based in Coventry.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering the busy switchboard
Dealing with the incoming and out going post
Laising with suppliers and stake holders
Assisting the customer services manager
Ensuring the reception area is kept tidy
Managing the meeting room booking facility
General administration tasks
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this position you must have reception, switchboard and strong administration experience. Although coming from a professional background is essential personality is also key to this position. You must be able to multi task and remain calm in stressful situations.
