Challenge yourself in a fast-paced marketing and communications environment where no two days are the same!Offering a varied workload encompassing content planning, creation and delivery in an international company, this position is a great opportunity for a passionate internal communications lead to hone their existing skills and develop new ones.As part of the global marketing team in a multinational technology company based in Telford you’ll be planning, writing, proofreading, scheduling and emailing your way to success in a dynamic and evolving role.Objectives• Coordinate and deliver an internal communications strategy to create company-wide engagement through existing channels and new initiatives• Own and actively manage the company’s internal communications toolset, including internal email platform, intranet and Yammer• Proactively curate, manage and maintain content for the complete range of internal communications channels• Develop and drive implementation of best practices across all internal communication platforms• Utilise KPI programmes to measure and actively improve internal communications• Liaise with internal stakeholders including marketing, HR and IT to improve communications and facilitate information exchange• Contribute to content creation for internal/external company magazines• Support marketing and other functional teams in producing high-quality written content across multiple channelsRequirements• At least 3-5 years’ professional experience in an internal communications or marketing communications role, or similar related position• Strong copywriting skills and experience of professional written work, editing and/or proofreading are essential• Working knowledge of digital communication tools and strategies is essential• Good standard of degree in a relevant subject area is desirable• Highly-motivated personality with outstanding attention to detail, the ability to work independently and a work ethic that produces precise results• Adaptable individual with an ability to work in cross-functional teams and concurrently on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint are a must• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365 and SharePoint would be advantageous but not essential
