Title: Internal Sales Support

Location: Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £18,000 plus incentives

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Our client is a market leading manufacturer with an excellent reputation who are seeking a confident and motivated Internal Sales Support team member to join them at their premises in Fenton.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will enjoy a fast paced and exciting position. The overall purpose of this role is to support the sales team with the day to day operations and offer world class support for our customers.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

- Providing support to the sales team by keeping an accurate log of leads and sales enquiries maintaining the relevant spreadsheets and systems
- Appointment booking
- Providing support to the sales team by helping to resolve time consuming or complex queries
- The management of territory sales/marketing information.

The Person

To be successful in this Internal Sales Support role you will have a passion for delivering the very highest standards of service to all.

You'll be an organised and proactive forward thinker who loves assisting customers with the drive to succeed. You'll be willing to listen but have the confidence to question and challenge when necessary.

A positive and proactive problem solver, you'll have a strong track record showing your previous achievements along with the motivation to succeed in a new role.

You will be comfortable with multi-tasking and remain calm and collected under pressure with a passion to meet company deadlines.

Passionate and willing to learn, you'll be excited by the idea of gaining new product knowledge and be willing to go the extra mile to delight your customers.

Good planning and organisational skills are a must, as are effective verbal and written communication skills, attention to details and a full working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
