Senior Quantity Surveyor Groundworks
Our Client is one of the largest and most successful Groundworks sub contractors in the UK, providing a groundwork, roads and sewers, 278 works and infrastructure service to National House Builders and Commercial Clients.

Reporting to a Commercial Manager, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for forecasting cash flow, attending meetings with the main contractor, take offs, cost control through the construction phase of the project and agreeing final account.
We are looking for experienced candidates who can demonstrate significant successes and a record of achievement in the commercial management of groundworks packages together combined with management skills and the ability to deliver a project within the commitment of the contract.
