This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well established service provider currently experiencing significant growth. You will be well organised and confident working to meet the deadlines of a fast moving business.

Supporting the Human Resource team on a variety of tasks, you will be able to hit the ground running and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in HR.

  • Management of all administration in relation to the onboarding of new personnel, including relevant checks and referencing

  • Managing the complete starter and leaver processes

  • Processing all required information onto the HR system including any contractual or salary related information

  • Reporting on absence, sickness, maternity and paternity leave including the management of data for appraisal and end of probation reviews

  • Supporting the business with employee and management HR queries and enquiries, providing generalist guidance and support

  • Flagging any potential issues with relevant Advisors and Business partners

  • Production of all HR correspondence in keeping with company standards

Person specification:

  • Experience of working in an HR department is essential, minimum 6 months experience

  • Exceptional attention to detail and results orientated

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of customer service

  • Calm under pressure and keen to further develop skills and experience.
