Accounts Assistant - Listers Group Head Office
We have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Accounts Assistant to join our Head Office Accounts team.
To be an integral part of our accounts team providing admin support to our dealerships and to help the Accountants collate, prepare and produce our monthly management accounts
Responsibilities will include...
- balance sheet reconciliations
- review of vehicle invoices, costs and profit
- administering internal vehicle transfers and vehicle status changes
- frequent use of spreadsheets for accounts production and presentation
- working closely with our dealerships ensuring queries are concluded and information is accurate
- providing support to the Management Accountants
We’re looking for someone with...
- 1-2 years’ experience in an accounts role
- a high level of motivation, standards and interpersonal skills
- strong PC skills (particularly Excel)
- an ability to work to deadlines
