Service Desk Manager - Cloud Technology - Stoke

Service Desk Lead required to work for a leading IT Solutions partner Crimson Limited. Crimson are a Microsoft Gold Partner business looking to grow a new team in a New start-up business account.

As the Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the new Service Desk operations, look after incidents/problems management.

Key Skills required,

  • Manage the day to day running of 1st line and 2nd line Service Desk operations, manage the Service Desk team and third-party suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of performance for the Service Desk based on an ITIL approach, ensure the service is customer focused.
  • Coordinate the Service Desk team members (2) in their daily duties and priorities
  • Observe Service Desk operation techniques to determine how effective they are and implement new techniques when old ones are ineffective.
  • Understanding and experience of ITIL Service Management Best Practice
  • Knowledge and experience of using JIRA service desk tool
  • Knowledge of setting up a new service desk / team in a new start up business would be ideal

We are currently offering a salary of between £30,000 and £40,000 depedning on experiences
