A leading law firm based in Birmingham City Centre are looking for a fantastic individual who will blow them away with seamless and timely administrative support. The role is pivotal to ensuring the team provides an excellent service to clients.

Key duties

  • Opening and closing client files
  • Preparing and collating client paperwork
  • Opening and sorting any post
  • Regular use of the case management system
  • Answering and dealing with any telephone enquiries
  • Provide additional secretarial support

Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced IT skills with all Microsoft packages
  • Administration experience would be ideal
  • Fantastic 'can do' work ethic
  • Professional and friendly approach when dealing with queries from various different people
  • Top notch organisational skills
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure
