- Opening and closing client files
- Preparing and collating client paperwork
- Opening and sorting any post
- Regular use of the case management system
- Answering and dealing with any telephone enquiries
- Provide additional secretarial support
Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced IT skills with all Microsoft packages
- Administration experience would be ideal
- Fantastic 'can do' work ethic
- Professional and friendly approach when dealing with queries from various different people
- Top notch organisational skills
- Have the ability to work well under pressure
