Customer Services Co-ordinator - Evesham

To support administration on key accounts for a global packaging company. Managing non key accounts from receipt of artwork, production planning to delivery of final goods.

Duties will include:-
Entering Sales Orders
Keeping records of stock levels
Monitor delivery schedules & co ordinate with relevant departments to ensure on time delivery.
Ensuring the system is updated
Arrange Rush Freight
Collection Notes
Stock Sheets as requested
Price checks as requested
Responsible for delivery & transport process.

Applicants should have:-
Good standard of education, GCSE O Level, A Level
Experience in a flexible packaging or print environment highly desirable but not essential
Previous experience in logistics/supply chain and/or customer services
Good working knowledge of SAP
IT Literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Powerpoint and other business systems
Good Administrative Skills
Commercial/pragmatic approach to problem solving
Sound administrator, organizer and analyzer of critical data
Ability to work using initiative and to tight deadlines
Attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills.
Flexible (in order to do what needs to be done)
Team player
